This year will cover topics ranging from the years before the arrival of the first Europeans through the Reconstruction Era in the United States.  People, places, and events that will be the focus of study throughout the school year includes, but is not limited to, Sacajawea, Lewis & Clark, and Christopher Columbus, to EVENTS like the formation of the early American Republic, to the development of North America’s first constitution, The American Revolution, the American Civil War, and, of course, the Reconstruction Era.
